Top 150 Best Sexiest Netflix Series (Updated 2022): HOT tv shows

Vampires are sexual beings by nature. It's not subtle when it comes to power, seduction, penetration, and the exchange of bodily fluids. Thankfully, neither is The Vampire Diaries, the long-running CW series about vampiric brothers Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) Salvatore and the adolescent girl Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev), who has a secret relationship with them.

On The Vampire Diaries, emotions run high, tempers flare especially Damon's, blood boils, and everyone jumps from lover to lover over the course of eight seasons of world-building and romantic drama.

The tug between the whimsical romance of the Vampire with a decent heart and the wild, hedonistic brother living his best vampire life was the perfect framework for fuelling want and need in the audience from the start. It's a vampire romance's traditional love triangle trope because it works. And The Vampire Diaries does not waste any time leaning into the angst, the agony of the ecstasy, and vice versa, especially in the phenomenal first two seasons, which are a pure thrill of fast-paced, story-driven genre.

It's billed as an adolescent drama, but it's really about romantic longing. Damon pines for Elena, and every glance, every near-touch sends shivers down your spine. There's plenty of getting it on if you're not into the foreplay.

The nice part about vampire sex is that because vampires are supernatural, they can really throw each other around. (While there isn't a lot of biting, there are plenty of shirtless guys and barely clad ladies.) Come for the teen drama, stay for the hook-ups.

Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) is a feminine fantasy come to reality to please his heroine in the Diana Gabaldon books on which this series is based. The word Adonis comes to mind. Claire (Caitriona Balfe), his love interest, is similarly stunning.

All of this concern in feminine pleasure heightens the intensity of the love scenes and heightens the titillation of the relationship. Don't just watch the over-the-top wedding episode—get comfortable with it so you can really appreciate every bite.

Starz has a well-deserved reputation for pushing the envelope when it comes to on-screen sex, but no one has ever done it quite like Outlander. Ronald D. Moore's Starz adaptation of Diana Gabaldon's beloved series of books stars Caitriona Balfe and Sam Hueghan as Claire and Jaime Fraser, two lovers from different eras who are brought together by a mysterious timey-wimey flux that allows their epic love story to travel through pivotal moments in world history. Each new love scene unfolds a new dynamic between them, just as each new location challenges their relationship in unexpected ways.

Outlander is a master class in action-based storytelling, but it's a different type of action. There's no harsh exposition or nude extras here; instead, each sex scene serves as a character beat as well as highly effective eroticism, and the result is a seductive, sensual period romance that you'll want to binge for all the right reasons

Drinking Buddies filmmaker Joe Swanberg's anthology series Easy examines the love lives of a group of linked friends and strangers in Chicago. It's one of Netflix's early entrants that gets overlooked.

Easy stars Elisabeth Reaser, Michael Chernus, Dave Franco, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Kiersey Clemmons, Marc Maron, Zazie Beetz, Jake Johnson, and a number of others. It tells stories about people from all walks of life navigating the modern love and dating scene, diving into topics like polyamory, Me Too, and a lot of online dating with refreshing candour and depth.

Joe Swanberg's Netflix anthology is 100% about sex and love—BDSM experimentation, first-time threesomes, polyamorous marriages, sex with your ex, Tinder, and so on. The show, which is set in Chicago, is structured as a series of short films, each starring familiar figures who demonstrate Swanberg's indie credentials, such as Aubrey Plaza, Dave Franco, Hannibal Buress, Judy Greer, Zazie Beetz, and others.

It prefers to go under the sheets to honestly examine relationships and intimacy, complete with all of their sensitive, uncomfortable peculiarities, yet realism can also be very seductive.

Netflix's 2017 She's Gotta Have It series, based on Spike Lee's ground-breaking film of the same name, sees the return of Nola Darling, a self-described "sex-positive, polyamorous pansexual" young woman juggling her three lovers in gentrified modern-day Brooklyn while attempting to find success as an artist, played by DeWanda Wise and Tracy Camilla Johns in the 1986 film.

Lee's revolutionary portrayal of black female sexuality is proudly continued in the series, which sees Lee return to the topic as a more mature filmmaker, intelligent enough to forego the original's devastating rape scene (a choice Lee singled out as his one regret in a 2014 interview.)

On the other hand, Netflix's She's Gotta Have been sadly short-lived. It's been hailed as a powerful and uplifting examination of black sexuality that's been expertly adapted to today's culture while maintaining all of the cheeky fun.

Throughout two seasons, the sex encounters between Darling and her suitors (Ilfenesh Hadera, Anthony Ramos, Lyriq Bent, and Cleo Anthony) range from passionate to hilarious. You'll be content just seeing these lovely individuals, who are bathed in exquisite light and accompanied by an R&B-heavy soundtrack.

In Netflix's seductive Spanish series Elite, romantic entanglements, high drama, and murder are all part of everyday life. When a trio of working-class children is accepted into the fictional Las Encinas, an elite school in Madrid, the series focuses on the class dynamics of the wealthy student population.

As if high school wasn't difficult enough, each season centres on a murder in which the pupils are somehow involved. Although the bleak setting, every episode of Elite is designed to make you feel warm inside.

Intrigue, treachery, forbidden romances, doomed pairings, ménage à trois, and love triangles - there's a romantic tale for everyone in this show. You'll root for some couples and be perplexed by others, but you'll never be bored because all of the people are larger-than-life characters with intriguing stories to tell.

The programme has found a way to get sexier with each season, and it has even extended to include Elite: Short Stories, which are bite-sized fillers that will keep you hot and bothered in between seasons. There's also a coming-of-age party, plenty of drink, and plenty of hot guy-guy, guy-girl-guy, and guy-girl fornication.

Bridgerton is the first Netflix show produced by Shonda Rhimes following her headline-making exclusive deal with the company. It is set in the early 1800s Regency period, during the Austen-Bront period when English society was rigid, corsets were tight, and marriage was the Number One priority of any woman considered of age, and it is set during the Austen-Bront period when English society was rigid, corsets were tight, and marriage was the Number One priority of any woman considered of age. To put it another way, as Shondaland fans would expect, it's about hot characters doing scandalous things.

Bridgerton is known for its very passionate sex scenes, but the build-up is where this series truly shines. Bridgerton is situated in Regency-era London, where touching of any kind prior to marriage is frowned upon.

The little touches, glances, and moments alone between Simon, the Duke of Hastings (Regé-Jean Page) and Daphne Bridgerton (Phoebe Dynevor) during their courtship are just as hot as the scenes from their honeymoon. The tension builds for so long that when Simon and Daphne finally get to sleep together, it's not just the lovers who are relieved. Bridgerton, however, has more to offer than just sex.

If you're searching for a swoon-worthy saga of sexual discovery with aristocrats ripping off their garments left and right, start with Season 1, but stick around for the extremely hotter Season 2 if you want a slow-burn. The second season sees rivals turn into lovers as their passion becomes much too great to control, as each season depicts a fresh tale. If you're looking for something sexy, whatever it is, you'll most certainly fall in love with Bridgerton.

Orange Is the New Black, which tracked the lives of women in a minimum-security women's jail, was a game-changer not only for Netflix's original series programming, but also for inclusive feminist narratives.

With a stellar ensemble of performances, tightly-crafted narratives that are as gripping as they are often heart-breaking, and a healthy dose of classic cable network sexy times, Orange Is the New Black carved out a place for women of all ages, races, and sexualities to tell stories that aren't typically told on television - and made it must-watch TV.

But, while the sex in Orange Is the New Black can be refreshingly goofy, giddy, and campy at times, it's another highlight in the show's inclusion, offering an honest look at queer sexuality and the complicated, sometimes corrupt power dynamics in sexual relationships, giving an unprecedented range of bodies and beauties a place to claim that sexuality for all the good and bad it entails.

The show features a lot of sex, both in real time (between inmates) and in flashbacks to Piper's life before jail. A library moment between characters Piper and Alex in season three, episode two, is our favourite. If you're feeling extremely horny, go ahead and skip forward, but if you're new to the programme, we can't recommend starting at the beginning. That's how good it is.

Romance has always reigned supreme in the world of Korean dramas. While a range of genres are available, ranging from horror to science fiction, romance reigns supreme, with storylines that are more fantasy-like than realistic, allowing viewers to escape reality and immerse themselves in a fairy-tale romance.

Nevertheless, Nevertheless makes an attempt to stand out. It has the sweet, heartfelt moments that romance dramas are known for, as well as a realistic picture of modern dating.

Things quickly get steamy and very complicated in this K-drama when one attractive university art student, who swore off love after dumping a cheating ex, falls for another hot art student, who is, ultimately, a fuckboy.

This 10-episode series is sexy not only because of the sensual make out sessions and mornings after between Yoo Na-bi (Han So-Hee) and Park Jae-eon (Song Kang), but also because of the inherent tension of a friends with bennies scenario when there's clear chemistry. You'll be begging your TV screen, "Will they just start dating already?"

This Netflix original series follows the students of Moordale High School as they negotiate puberty, sexuality, and high school. Sex Education is a hilarious and horny comedy that covers serious issues including sex, sexuality, and gender identity.

Characters struggle with sex-related suffering, navigating a non-binary identity in a binary environment, and feeling self-conscious about their orgasm face, among other challenges. Students Otis (Asa Butterfield) and Maeve (Emma Mackey) start a covert "clinic" to solve their classmates' sex and relationship problems that their grossly insufficient sex education programme is failing to address.

They offer a safe haven for their students to feel understood and protected in their struggles, away from the scrutiny of others. Sex Education humanises sex in a genuinely unique way by displaying aspects of it that aren't usually deemed sexy on-screen.

It turns communicating and expressing your desires into a sensual experience. It adds a sexual element to being vulnerable. It doesn't make light of anyone's ignorance, but rather opens up a space for good talks to take place both on and off-screen.

While the depiction of sex is totally realistic - at times making you cringe, chuckle, and recollect your own past misadventures - it can also be quite hot. The show is a great choice for a date night: you'll laugh and then be a little bit aroused.

Before the novel and gaming series made their way to Netflix, The Witcher was known for a number of things: an epic and engrossing fantasy, a curt but charming silver-haired monster-hunter named Geralt of Rivia, Geralt's deep and abiding loyalty to his steed, and generational sagas of romance, family, and duty.

The bathtub scenes, of course. Except for a thorough bath, there's nothing Geralt enjoys more than his steed. Lauren Hissrich's wonderful Netflix series adaptation kept all of the popular hallmarks, including the sexy-as-hell bathtub scenes.

The Witcher, starring Henry Cavill as the comically hefty and square-jawed Geralt and Anya Chalotra as the formidable sorceress Yennefer, keeps things heated while never losing sight of the silly sense of comedy that makes it so enjoyable to watch.

Take a look at Geralt's expression of displeasure as he makes his way through Yennefer's magic-fuelled orgies to get a feel of the tonal balance. In a nutshell, it's both hot and hilarious.
